Operational readiness

Set uptime checks, alert channels, and response ownership. Every critical service should have at least one rollback path and one tested restore path.

Performance hygiene

Track slow queries, cache hit rate, queue delays, and response time percentiles. Performance tuning is a process, not a one-time event.
